When approved by the National Board, one copy will be returned to the Registrar of the Chapter or to the individual, if joining At Large and the other will be filed with the National Society.

Lineage

I, Kathryn C. Dunnington being of the age of eighteen yearas and upwards, hereby apply for membership in the Societ by right of lineal descent in the following line from Moses Chamberlin who was born in Litchfield Co, Kas on the 10 day of Dec, 1749 and died in Gibson, Penn on the 14 day of Feb, 1832. His place of residence during the Revolution was Enlisted in Mass., Jan 1, 1777.

I was born in Vinita County of Craig State of Oklahoma on December 25, 1893.

Arthur F. Chamberlin born 10-9-1857 at in Ulint Dist. Ind. Territory died at Lubbock, Texas on 6-6-1941 and his wife Lititia Goodykoontz born 3-8-1861 at Meosho, Missouri died at Living at Lubbock, Texas on _____ married on 6-7-1883.

2. The said Arthur Fenshaw Chamberlin was the child of Amery Nelson Chamberlin born on 10-29-1821 at Brainerd, Tenn died at Vinita, Okla (ind. Ter) on 7-4-1894 and his wife Dollie Eunice Hoyt born on 12-14-1820 at Brainard, Tenn died at Vinita, Okla on 7-21-1894 married on 12-2-1846/

The said Amory Nelson Chamberlin was the child of William Chamberlin born on 2-20-1791 at Newbury, Orange Co, VT died at Monticello, Illinois on 3-14-1849 and his wife FLora Hoyt Chamberlin born on 7-7-1798 at Danbury, Conn died at Alton, Ill. Buried Monticello on Nov 1886 married on 3-22-1818

The said William Chamberlin was the child of Moses Chamberlin born on 12-10-1749 at Litchfield Co, Conn died at Gibson Susquehanne Co. Pa on 2-14-1832 and his wife Abigail Stevens Chamberlin born on 10-5-1763 died at Gibson, Pennn on 4-12-1840 married on 5-20-1779
