Sally Ann was my favorite aunt growing up. I am not sure if it was because she was younger, or she had GIRLS or if it was just who she is. She always would take time for me.

Memories - My mother, India, told me that she was always having to watch Sally Ann and one day she locked her in the Ice House. Sally Ann said that Mother used to pull her in the wagon wherever she and her friends went. Mother was 7 years older than Sally Ann. Sally Ann always treated me in a loving way. I guess being the 4th of 4 girls, she has more compassion for others than some people She has lived with her husband Bill near Poplar Hill and Farmville Lake for many years. I know the girls were fairly young, maybe elemenary school age when they moved into that house. Now they are not as able to travel as they in years past.
