Skip helped Dad when Mother was ill with cancer.  He also did a great job of seeing that Dad was cared for during his later years. He has always been helping others.  I remember my father being so pleased with the way Skip was always there helping Trey and his teams.

As a brother, he was not part of my life much due to age difference.  He MADE me learn to get up on a slalom waterski.  I have been getting up on two skis and dropping one for a while when finally Skip decided I was going to get up one.  So he threw me one ski and would not give me the 2nd ski.  I did make it up. If he had not done that...I am sure one day I would have had the nerve to try it, but he pushed me when I needed it.  That is what an older sibling is supposed to do.  I am sure he did that in many other ways that I just don't remember.  Thank you Skip.
